Suddenly
your life is turned upside down; you are no longer the passionate,
productive and prompt person you used to be. You are ill, but
you are also well. It is very rare that everything about us
is unhealthy at the same time.
We have a tendency to seek help everywhere else but in ourselves,
but you have a dynamic tool which is free and can be found
right under your nose; your breath.
This book, the implementation tool and the CD are aids to
achieve better health and stress management, and to improve
presence and performance.
Many people have shared their knowledge about breathing in
this book, including former biathlete Liv Grete Skjelbreid
Poiree, actor Gard B. Eidsvold and musicians Sidsel Endresen
and Nils Petter Molvær.
